BC338-25 NPN transistor

The BC338-25 is an NPN Transistor with a maximum gain of 400, commonly used in low power audio applications. It can also switch loads upto 45V and 800mA hence also used as general purpose transistor.

• Current Gain (hFE), 160 to 400
• Continuous Collector current (IC) is 800mA
• Collector-Emitter voltage (VCEO) is 25 V
